ThoroughClean Water Blasters Release The New P6R Series

Queensland-based ThoroughClean Water Blasters  is continuing its long tradition of design excellence with a new release to its model range of heavy-duty pressure cleaners.

New Release – P6R-30CS and P6R-30CD

With two new model additions into the petrol portable range. ThoroughClean again have designed innovative solutions to give pressure washer users more choice.

Lets take a look at the P6R-30CS first.

P6R-30CS Petrol Portable Pressure Washer

The P6R-30CS is a still designed as a heavy-duty, rental spec portable petrol pressure cleaner with the power to get the job done.  This portable water blaster is ideal for any job that demands high pressure and/or flow in a rugged, tough environment.

Like most Thoroughclean products, the P6R-30CS is engineered to perform and outlast in the toughest of environments.  It was designed, engineered and built in Bundamba Queensland Australia. Offering support to the wider Australian market for spare parts.

The Engine and Pump

The P6R-30CS uses a genuine Honda GX200 recoil start engine, backed by Honda Australia’s Green and Gold guarantee.

The Italian made Hawk NHDP9520 Triplex Pump runs at 2900 PSI/200 bar, and delivers a water flow of 9.5 liters per minute.

The biggest difference with this new model is the fact it is a direct drive pump. Making in a lighter and more cost effective design for entry level pressure washing.

What are the features

The P6R-30CS is loaded with a range of features, which are unique to the machine, including:

• Cold water only – With an easy to connect to a standard hose fitting
• Detergent injector – No longer an option its included in the price as standard.
• 5 Quick Connect nozzles – Given you a wide range of pressure washing options, including a foaming nozzle.
• 10 meters hose length – Its now a standard length of hose.
• Run flat tires – Perfect if you are working in areas where you might pick up a nail.

P6R-30CD Petrol Portable Pressure Washer

Offers increased longevity, being gearbox driven which in turn gives you higher use duration.  With the promise of higher pressure over its predecessor the ThoroughClean P6R-20C. Giving you the best of both worlds.

They have managed to give you some added benefits to the P6R-30CS with the CD model.

Engine and Pump

Still running the Honda GX200 engine.  It also has the Italian made Hawk NHDP1020 Triplex Pump runs at 2900 PSI/200 bar, and delivers a water flow of 10 liters per minute.

With a gear box giving you a longer lasting, higher use duration.

The additional features on offer

The hose reel – which can accommodate up to 15 meters of hose.  Giving you more 5 meters reach then the P6R-30CS

Other features like the extra large “flat free” wheels that allow for easy rolling over uneven surfaces.  Both models have a super duty hot galvanized roll-frame with lifting hook as standard.

• Ergonomic friendly design incorporates a 1 Meter high handle to ease maneuvering and bending.
• Plug and play approach, simply connect your clean water supply to your unit and start.
• Anti-Flat lyres to ensure you never need to waste time becoming mobile.
• Increasing from 2000 to 2900 psi means a more robust water force, ideal for breaking up stubborn debris.
• Venturi Injector and Detergent aides in washing heavily caked-on dirt and grimy surfaces.

Whats in the quick connect nozzles

Introduction of Quick Connect Nozzles granting our end users an array of cleaning options.

• 0ׄ°   Fan(RED) Offers a pinpoint spray. Very slow cleaning but very high power.
• 15° Fan(YELLOW)  Offers a 15° fan of high pressure water. Removes tough grime from a distance.
• 25° Fan(GREEN)  Offers a 25° fan of high pressure water. The most common, good for generic cleaning.
• 40° Fan(WHITE)  Offers a 40° fan of high pressure water. Gentle spray more appropriate for delicate surfaces.
• Low Pressure(BLACK)  Low pressure spray with a wide fan, used for applying chemical or soap

The Wash-up

As far as pressure washers go, its great to see ThoroughClean Water Blasters release a lighter more maneuverable portable model then ever before.  Giving so much value with options at a price point that really suits the market.

ThoroughClean Water Blasters reputation has always been super duty heavy designs.  The new P6r Series is a break away from that tradition and is very much a best engineering practice design to suit a wide range of applications.
